Fencing
Fencing is a dynamic sport that builds coordination, strength, speed, endurance, and quick decision-making skills. Participants learn technique, strategy, and sportsmanship through fast-paced, highly aerobic movements paired with bursts of explosive power. This program offers a challenging and engaging way for youth to stay active while sharpening both mind and body. Equipment is not provided.
