Gymnastics, Tumbling & Cheer

Our Recreational Gymnastics and Tumbling program offers engaging, age and ability based classes for boys and girls, designed to help participants build strength, flexibility, confidence, and lifelong fitness skills in a fun, encouraging environment. From beginner tumbling and imaginative Tumblebugs classes to action-packed Ninja levels, cheer-focused training, and even adult gymnastics, our program provides a supportive space where everyone can progress at their own pace and discover the joy of movement.

Baby Bug Parent-Child Classes

Baby Bug Parent-Child classes encourage interaction and socialization while enhancing motor development through song and play. Gymnastics equipment and parachute play are introduced.

Tumblebugs

Children develop tumbling skills including forward and backward rolls on an obstacle course, balance on the beams, strength on the junior bars, and coordination on the Tumbletrak. Parachute and other games may also be incorporated.

Dragonfly

Learn the fundamentals of tumbling and develop skills on Tumbletrak, bars, beam and obstacle courses. Improve balance, body awareness and coordination.

Cricket

Tumbling and basic gymnastics skills are introduced on smaller-scale equipment for preschoolers. Three-year-old’s should take Dragonfly before registering for Cricket.

Grasshopper

Tumbling and basic gymnastics skills are introduced on a smaller-scale equipment for preschoolers. Registrants should take Cricket before joining a Grasshopper class.

Kinderbugs

Kinderbugs introduces kindergartners to our gymnastics program. This class is designed to help little ones prepare for upper level gymnastics.

Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4

Our progressive gymnastics program guides participants from foundational skills through advanced techniques. Level 1 introduces beginners to basic tumbling and equipment, while Level 2 builds confidence with skills like round-offs, bridge kickovers, and front limbers, along with intermediate work on beam, vault, and bars. In Levels 3 and 4, gymnasts advance to front and back walkovers, back handsprings, and a range of USA Junior Olympic skills across all apparatus.

Adult Gymnastics

Looking to try something new or reignite a past passion? Our Adult Gymnastics class and Drop-in gym offers a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can build skills at your own pace. Using mats, progressions, and drills tailored to your ability level, this class welcomes all tumbling backgrounds—from true beginners to those returning to the sport.
