ActivKids Before & After Care is for students at CCSD93 schools in kindergarten through 5th grade. Participants enjoy games, crafts, sports, free play and time outside, as the weather allows, along with optional homework time. Snack is provided in After Care.

Early Release Days

Early release days are held March 4, April 22, and May 20. Additional registration is required – enroll for all school year dates to save or with individual daily flex passes. A special activity schedule will be planned to fill the day with fun. Participants must bring a lunch.

Flex Passes

Need a more flexible schedule or occasional care? Choose the individual dates your child can attend with an ActivKids Before & After Care Flex Pass.

Seven days advanced registration is required. Emergency Flex Passes may be available with supervisor approval for an additional $5/day. No flex passes will be approved after 3pm for the following morning. Payment is due at the time of registration. A completed registration packet is required for all enrollments. Cancelations and schedule changes are not accepted within seven days of the program date. Registration may close at any time when maximum enrollment has been met.

Schedules

Participants must sign up for the same schedule for the full school year. Individual date selections are not permitted (however daily flex passes for occasional care are available). New enrollments, schedule changes, and withdrawals must be completed seven days in advance. A $5 enrollment change fee is applied for all schedule changes after the initial registration. If there is an emergency request for a new enrollment, schedule change, or withdrawal within seven days, program supervisor approval is required and a late registration/enrollment change fee is charged. Requests within seven days cannot always be accommodated.
Credits and refunds are not provided for previous dates or absences of any sort.

Payments

A non-refundable enrollment fee and the first month’s payment are due at the time of registration. All subsequent payments are drafted one month in advance from August-May. First scheduled payment is August 1. Payments vary from month to month based on the number of attendance days. The enrollment early bird fee is $55 by June 30 and $70 on or after July 1. Payment amounts & draft dates are listed on your receipt. Lack of payment will jeopardize participation in the program.
