Classic yoga poses taught with modifications so that anyone can enjoy the peaceful stretching and strengthening exercises that move the entire body into alignment. Class ends with a meditation practice designed to reduce stress, boost the immune system and improve sleep.
This class fuses Pilates, Yoga, and aerobics while focusing on improving posture, balance, muscle endurance and flexibility. Classes may utilize the Barre, Pilates balls, gliding disks, stretch bands, and light dumbbells.
