Group Training

Open to Members & Non-Members

A variety of group training classes are offered each season. The popular Run Stronger program helps you build up strength and endurance to run your first 5K or make your personal best chasing a marathon. Run Stronger is for ages 14+. For adults ages 18+, some classes offered include Balance and Mobility for Active Agers and Interval Training for Weight Loss. Look for other classes offered during the year.

Fountain View Fitness offers specialized classes for youth, ages 12-16. The Youth Strength Academy is designed to provide equipment introduction with instruction on proper form and technique to prevent injury. Participants utilize the indoor turf to jump, flip, and slam their way to a stronger self.
