Blue Heron Park

Established in 2001, Blue Heron Park is a quaint neighborhood park with a small gazebo that overlooks a wetland where you will often see the Blue Heron gathering. Other species of bird native to this wetland are pie-billed grebe, yellow-throated blackbird, and egrets. The egret is also considered a heron. The park includes playgrounds for both tots and youth. The pathway in the park is painted like a street for the tots with their smaller bikes or tricycles.
