This form is only a “request for availability”. A Rental Request Form must be filled out, submitted, and approved to complete the booking. Full payment of security deposit is due at the time of submission of the Rental Request Form. Once approved, a Rental Contract is generated and full payment is due within seven (7) days. It is only upon execution of the contract, approval and receipt of full payment that the rental is guaranteed.
